About
Eastern Suffolk Counseling serves clients across the lifespan. Understanding each person is unique, while rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, treatment is individualized. Eastern Suffolk Counseling relies on many different approaches to ensure each client is comfortable and achieving their goals. Just as each person and situation is unique, so is our approach. We offer both traditional face to face/in office treatment as well as telemental health for those who are either more comfortable at home, or have busy schedules making travel difficult.
We are clinical social workers that treat a broad range of concerns. Combined we have over 25 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. We offer Individual, group, couple, and family therapy and serve children, adolescents, adults and the geriatric populations. We treat individuals managing ADHD, EAP referrals, oppositional defiance, depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, stress management, panic disorder, attachment issues, divorce, relational problems, among many others.
We accept many major insurance plans and EAP referrals. Both Self-pay and Sliding Scales are available.
