I offer specialized therapy for adults, teens and children. 

Advanced training in ERP for OCD, and HRT and comprehensive treatments for trichotillomania, skin picking and tics and Tourette's.  I also do ERP for other types of anxiety - social anxiety, panic and phobias.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (which includes mindfulness) to help clients notice and change their relationship to negative and anxious thinking. 

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help clients be more effective socially and regulate their emotions more easily.

I use Collaborative Problem Solving and  Parent Management Training to teach  parents to help their children  regulate their anger and anxiety  and comply with directions.
